Tijuana Cancer Treatment Facilities That Offer No Chemo Treatment Options:

Tijuana is a mecca for no chemo cancer treatment. This city’s location right on the border with the United States makes it ideal for people who wish to get alternative cancer treatments while still spending the night in an American city (San Diego, which is located right next door to Tijuana). Be aware that a few of the cancer treatment facilities in Tijuana listed below also offer standard chemotherapy and radiation treatments, but all of them offer integrative medicine and alternative cancer cures worth looking into either as stand-alone treatments or in tandem with a standard oncology treatment plan (depending on your tastes).

The Gerson Therapy protocol involves a special diet and lifestyle recommendations. This no chemo cancer treatment is one that people can opt to do from the comfort of home. Learning resources are available online to help people learn the Gerson Basics from anywhere in the world. The diet involves a lot of fresh fruit juices (freshly made) using organic fruits and vegetables along with coffee enemas and a variety of supplements to hyper-nourish and detoxify the body and rebuild the immune system so that the patient’s own body can fight the cancer.

Gerson was one of the first to offer an alternative cancer treatment that showed results superior to chemotherapy. Cost: I inquired about cost, but the CHIPSA Hospital wouldn’t give me information about cost. I asked if they could even give me a range in terms of price, but the customer service representative said I’d have talk to a doctor about my specific cancer diagnosis to receive that information. UPDATE: Two months after contacting this clinic for prices, I am still receiving sales calls and emails pressuring me to contact them. The CHIPSA Hospital in Tijuana offers a combination of immunotherapy (checkpoint inhibitors, Coley Therapy, Dendritic Cell Therapy, and innate immune stimulating treatments) and the Gerson Therapy. CHIPSA also uses low doses of “conventional oncological medications” such as Insulin Potentiation Therapy (IPT). IPT uses very low doses of chemotherapy targeted at cancer cells using insulin. Note that IPT is a low-dose-chemo cancer treatment option.

• American Holistic Care

American Holistic Care is located next to and works in tandem with American BioDental, a facility that provides affordable holistic dental care (such as biological dentistry to remove mercury fillings, for example). One of my favorite things about American Holistic Care is that you can choose your course of treatment based on your budget. There isn’t a requirement to purchase a full package of treatment options so patients who are working on a budget can still gain access to certain alternative cancer treatments, but they don’t have to purchase a large package to do it. Their treatment options include: chelation and intravenous therapies, hyperthermia therapies, dendritic cell therapy, vitamins and minerals, nutritional therapy, psychological therapy, and holistic dental care.

American Holistic Care offers Hyperthermic Peritoneal Chemotherapy for the treatment of cancers that are difficult to cure using other therapies. According to the American Holistic Care facility, the types of cancer that benefit most from Hyperthermic Peritoneal Chemotherapy include colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, ovarian cancer, appendiceal cancer, cancers from mesothelioma or pseudomyxoma peritonei (also known as peritoneal carcinomatosis).

• Oasis of Hope

Oasis of Hope creates a personalized treatment plan that uses integrative medicine as well as chemotherapy and radiation treatment options. Be aware that this is NOT a no-chemo cancer treatment facility though they do offer a wide range of no-chemo cancer treatments. The initial course of treatment lasts approximately 24 days over the course of 3 months. A follow-up program provides you with support during and after the initial treatment. In addition to the standard chemo and radiation treatment options, Oasis of Hope offers a wide variety of natural and integrative treatments as well. These cancer therapies that they offer include hyperthermia treatment, high-dose vitamin C therapy with IV, intravenous laetrile/apricot seed extract therapy, dendritic cancer vaccines, ozone therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, a long list of nutritional therapies, customized cancer diet support, and more.

Oasis of Hope was founded in 1963 by Dr. Ernesto Contreras, a pathologist and oncologist and one of the early leaders in integrative medicine cancer cures. He researched hundreds of treatments to develop a protocol to help cancer patients. He was an early pioneer in using laetrile therapy.

Oasis of Hope offers financing options for patients who can’t afford to pay for treatment out-of-pocket, however I wasn’t able to find any information about the cost of treatment at the Oasis of Hope web site and I wasn’t able to send an email to anyone to ask just a few simple questions without filling out a full questionnaire about a medical diagnosis and other personal information. Perseus PCI / Elios Therapeutics 888-979-7402 COST: The cost for the trip to the Cayman Islands and the treatment itself is about $95,000 USD.  The Perseus treatment uses the patient's own immune system to fight cancer. Treatment consists of four anti-cancer vaccine injections over the course of four months. The only side effect of treatment is a slight fever. In order to qualify for treatment with the PCI vaccine, the patient must be over 18 years of age, have a surgically accessible and solid tumor and be able to travel internationally. Surgery is performed to take a tissue sample of the tumor which is then used to develop the vaccine. Additionally, 100 mL of the patient's blood is drawn as well. The Perseus PCI vaccine has already passed Phase I and Phase II FDA clinical trials and it has continued to move through the approval process through the FDA but while it is awaiting approval in the U.S., the Cayman Islands Health Practice Commission has approved it for use on the island. The Gerson Health Centre, located just 30 km from Budapest, is Europe’s only licensed Gerson treatment center at the time of this writing. Patients bring a companion and stay at the health center for 2 weeks to learn the Gerson therapy so that they continue to use it at home. The staff primarily speaks English but other languages are also available including Romanian, German, Hungarian, and Italian.

Located in New York State. This treatment facility offers the CimaVax EFG anti-cancer vaccine for lung cancer as part of a clinical trial. This is the only facility in the country that offers CimaVax EFG and it's only available as part of a clinical trial, but this vaccine is also available in Cuba.

• Envita

Envita is an integrative cancer treatment facility that differs from other U.S. cancer treatment centers in its approach to treating this disease. Patients go to the Envita treatment center for a 2 to 3 hour consultation ($450) with a doctor after which they get lab tests ($2000-$9000 depending on the doctor’s recommendation) conducted to determine the specific biomarkers associated with their cancer. It takes 2 to 3 weeks to receive information back from these lab tests, but after the results come back, a treatment plan is developed and patients return to Scottsdale for 8 to 12 weeks of treatment using a variety of strategies including Genetically Targeted Fractionated Chemotherapy (GTFC), phytotherapeutics, and nutritional therapies. The cost of treatment is between $80,000 - $90,000 depending on the severity of the cancer. Patients stay in hotels or other forms of lodging during their stay in Arizona.

Envita does not contract with insurance providers so as not to be limited by insurance requirements in treating cancer. Patients will not be able to reimbursed by insurance companies for treatment they receive at Envita.

GTFC is an alternative chemotherapy treatment, so please note that this is NOT a no-chemo cancer treatment option. Envita still offers conventional chemotherapy treatments to patients. They also offer intravenous therapies, detoxification and immunotherapy drugs to rebuild the immune system. Rather, it’s a U.S. cancer treatment facility that uses a different approach to cancer treatment that involves low-dose chemotherapy, which is less toxic on the body.

• Nature Works Best Cancer Clinic

The Nature Works Best web site was down for several days during the time when I was researching information for this article. I was able to find out that the facility offers treatments that have to do with baking soda and systemic alkalinity in the body as well as Vitamin C Injections and nutritional therapy.

• The Burzynski Clinic

Dr. Burzynski has been offering cancer treatment to patients for 40 years. His treatment strategy uses nutrition,  immunotherapy, and some conventional treatments (chemo, radiation, surgery).

The site Cancer Tutor mentions this location as one that offers the Gerson Therapy. This is an American clinic  so they likely offer a modified version of the Gerson Protocol. San Diego, CA This clinic has been bullied by the FDA, but it's one of few places in the US where patients can get stem cell therapy as a cancer treatment.

Florida This is a stem cell therapy clinic. Cancer is not mentioned on their web site as a disease they regularly treat, but it does appear that the clinic has done some stem cell studies as a treatment for cancer.

ISRAEL

• Pluristem Therapeutics Inc.

It's not clear whether this company only manufactures stem cell treatments or if they also administer the treatments.

JAPAN

Saisei Mirai Clinic  Locations in Osaka, Tokyo, and Kobe Cost: 30 treatments costs about $9400; 1 treatment is $93 USD; 10 treatments $750 USD (at the time of this writing). The Saisei Mirai clinics in Japan offer Coley therapy that can be administered up to 7 times each week depending on the patient's specific circumstances. The treatment produces a body temperature between 103 and 106 degrees Fahrenheit that lasts between 5 and 6 hours. A low-dose Coley therapy option is also available.
