  • NAC (N-acetyl cysteine) - 1000mg
  • Brahmi - 750mg capsule
  • Ashwagandha - 500mg-1000mg
Evening (between 6pm and 8pm) -
  • Mucuna pruriens - 1500mg
  • 5-HTP - 100mg (or as needed)** OR St. John's Wort - 300mg (or as needed)**
  • NAC (N-acetyl cysteine) - 1000mg
Before sleep -
Optional supplements -
  • L-theanine - Take as needed to relieve anxiety
  • Semax (ideally should be used with Selank; take in the morning or early afternoon)
  • Selank (should be used at a 1/4 of the prescribed dosage on this bottle, and is best used in combination with Semax; take in the morning or early afternoon)
**Only take 5-HTP or St. John's Wort if you are NOT abusing other substances. If you only struggle with behavioral addiction and are not taking drugs or prescription medications, you can safely use these medicines to treat your addiction.
