L-Theanine Supplement



L-theanine is a constituent found in high quantities in green tea that can also be taken as a nutritional supplement to help recovering addicts, depression/anxiety sufferers, and others recover their mental clarity and stability. This supplement can help with the following:

  • Has a calming effect on the body
  • Can improve mood
  • Reduces cortisol and stress levels
  • Improves ability to relax
  • Calms without sedating; you will still feel alert

Take L-theanine on an as-needed basis. You may also choose to drink green tea regularly in addition to taking an occasional L-theanine supplement.
