How to Cure Post-COVID Vaccine Health Problems and Long Haul COVID Using the Metabolic Theory of Disease and Gel Water

According to the Metabolic Theory of Disease, also known as Antipurinergic Therapy, Long COVID may be caused by changes in the mitochondrial function that causes cells to go into a  defensive mode. Though it is normal for cells and mitochondria to alter their function in response to outside threats (either perceived or real), typically cells are able to return to a norma state of functioning as long as the process is not impeded in some way. In some cases, human cells can get stuck in a state or relative or even complete dormancy resulting in any or all of the following symptoms:

  • Chronic pain
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Sore throat
  • Memory or concentration issues
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Headaches
  • Muscle pain
  • Chronic cough
  • Fast or pounding heartbeat
  • Joint pain
  • Enlarged lymph nodes in the neck or armpits
  • Unrefreshing sleep
  • Extreme exhaustion following physical or mental exercise
  • Dizziness that gets worse when moving from lying down to sitting up or standing
  • Loss of taste
  • Loss of smell
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Fever
  • Chest pain

According to the Metabolic Theory of Disease, the reason for these Long COVID symptoms involve low cellular energy production and a defensive cellular state.

To encourage your cells to return to a state of energetic functioning and “wakefulness”, the body must be properly hydrated with structured water (also known as “gel water”). Structured water is able to hydrate the body more thoroughly than regular, unstructured water. Sea water is a useful form of structured water that contains ionic minerals that alkalize the body. When the body becomes more alkaline, it contains more electrons, thus, it contains more electricity. A body that has plenty of electricity and energy is better able to heal.

The Metabolic Theory of Disease

The Metabolic Theory of Disease has become an increasing more interesting concept that’s worthy of considering, not just because of the COVID pandemic and the role that this model of health plays in dealing with a global fear response, but also because of the role it plays in other diseases such as autism, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and more. The Metabolic Theory of Disease was set forth recently by Dr. Robert Naviaux, but Resignation Syndrome (also known as Traumatic Withdrawal Syndrome, Abandonment Syndrome, or Traumatic Refusal) is a disorder that was first recognized in Sweden in the 1990’s when refugee children fell into a catatonic state of reduced consciousness in response to being told that their family was going to be deported back to their war-torn country of origin.

Children who have been forced to undergo the lengthy and often terrifying experience of the migration process under unsympathetic government regimes were the ones who first got the attention of scientists in regard to cellular changes that take place in response to physical or emotional threats.. These kids, who did not know each other or know of each other, fell into comatose states in response to being told that their families were scheduled to be sent back to countries like Syria in the midst of war. Many of these children did not eat or drink. Some were fed for years at a time via a feeding tube. Recovery from the condition occurs shortly after the child receives news of hope. A full recovery can take years.

Though some readers might be tempted to view Traumatic Withdrawal Syndrome as a purely psychological problem, doctors and scientists have noticed that other seemingly unrelated diseases share similar characteristics to Traumatic Withdrawal Syndrome. Autism is a disease, for example, that causes previously normal, healthy children to fall suddenly into a state of emotional disconnection from others. This state of disconnection tends to develop in response to vaccinations which inundate the body with a perceived threat (attenuated or dead viruses/bacteria, etc.). Scientists believe that this perceived physical threat causes a cellular response that shifts normal human cell function to a dormant state of functioning for the purposes of promoting long-term survival.

According to Dr. Naviaux’s Metabolic Theory of Disease, severe or prolonged stress causes human cells to reallocate their cellular response in a general way in order to facilitate survival. This altered cellular responses are similar to hibernation and other forms of dormancy that other animals experience when they encounter an environmental threat that can’t be overcome through force or via an energetic response. Certain types of prey, for example, will “play dead” when captured by a predator because predators will sometimes release prey that seems sick or weak. As such, dormancy can be viewed as a survival response according to this theory.

The Metabolic Theory of Disease pivots on the idea of the Cell Danger Response. The Cell Danger Response happens when the cell switches from having “open borders” that are friendly to nutrients and outside input from the environment into a defensive stance designed to protect the cell from outsiders. The Cell Danger Response occurs along a spectrum wherein a weaker Cell Danger Response may include symptoms such as chronic pain and fatigue and a stronger Cell Danger Response may include a totally comatose state.

The Metabolic Theory of Disease challenges our conventional view of mind and body as separate things. And the Cell Danger Response at the root of this theory makes the connection  between how governments, poverty, corporate pressure, and other profoundly emotionally taxing situations can actually cause our human cells to shut down in response to the sense that all hope is lost. Indeed, while Big Pharma pushes the people of the world to get vaccinated with untested COVID vaccines, grassroots organizations are working feverishly to spread the word about how vaccinations of all kinds not only causes diseases like autism, but also can cause a Cell Danger Response in which the cells in the body switch from a state of energetic life and wakefulness to dormancy, chronic fatigue, and chronic pain. This cellular response differs in its symptom presentation from person to person.

But while the Metabolic Theory of Disease may sound scary at a first glance in that it seems to explain, at least to some extent, why Long COVID exists and why some people are having adverse health effects from the vaccine, the good news is that this theory of disease may also explain why certain medications have such a profound effect on restoring health when a person’s cells shift into this state of dormancy. Essentially, the Metabolic Theory of Disease can be used to understand and to successfully treat certain diseases and disorders that otherwise seem incurable.

Mitochondria and the Metabolic Theory of Disease

When human cells sense danger or extreme stress beyond the ordinary, daily stressors that humans regularly encounter, there are certain mitochondrial changes that occur. Mitochondria are the “powerhouse” of the cell. They are responsible for generating energy so that the other organelles (tiny organs) inside the cell can function properly. But when extreme danger is detected either emotionally or physically, mitochondria switch from an M1 mode into an M2 mode. These two “modes” are not like an on/off switch, but rather more like a dial in terms of mitochondria function. M1 mitochondrial function exists on one end of a continuum with M2 at the other end of the continuum.

M2 mitochondrial function happens when the mitochondria is working on producing energy. This type of function involves work that is generally anti-inflammatory in the body. In contrast, M1 mitochondrial function is pro-inflammatory. When mitochondria are in an M1 mode, they work to create an oxidative shield using reactive oxygen species. This M1 mode is especially valuable when the cells are under attack by a disease causing pathogen such as the COVID-19 virus but even if the cells perceive themselves to be under attack by a virus or a bacteria, or any other type of pathogen, or by a government entity or any other insurmountably large threat such as an immigration agency or vaccination against several different serious diseases all at the same time, they can go into this M1 mode in order to protect the body from the attack.

Within any given human cell, the shift from a 100% M2 energetic and alive state of wellness wherein the stress level is optimal, can occur rapidly or slowly depending on the cell type from a 50:50 M1:M2 state (or any proportion thereof) to a100% M1 state in which the human cell is completely dormant and in a state of being closed off and totally protected, so as to prevent death. The transitional time between M1 to M2 states and from M2 to M1 vary. In other words, as you begin to heal, the experience may take place in baby steps, but it could also occur suddenly as a complete restoration of health.

In some cases, the choreographed sequence of steps in the healing process from M1 mitochondrial function back to M2 mitochondrial function hits a roadblock. When this occurs, a chronic state of Cell Danger Response may take shape. When a person is in a chronic M1 state of mitochondrial function, the cells are constantly producing pro-inflammatory reactive oxygen species. The physical experience of this chronic M1 state can take the form of chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic pain, fibromyalgia symptoms, autism, or any number of other dormancy states that involve less than optimal functioning of the brain and/or body. Fatigue, chronic pain, brain fog, depression, and other low-energy states of being following any major stressor that feels like or is a threat to survival, be it physical, mental, or emotional can lead to this kind of metabolic “switch” and a chronic mitochondrial M1 state. Many experts believe that Long COVID is caused by mitochondrial dysfunction where the mitochondria get stuck in an M1 state. Below we talk about structured gel water as a Long COVID treatment to restore normal electrical activity levels to cells and to get mitochondria to return to an M2 state.

The Importance of Gel Water in Treating Metabolic Disease States Such as Long COVID / Long Haul COVID / Chronic Fatigue / Autism and More...

Dr. Naviaux has noted that when cells fall into a state of M1 dormancy, the behavior, distribution, and thermodynamic properties of water in and around the cell changes. The H2O water molecule is polar and the bonding of the two hydrogen atoms with oxygen can be “stretched” and twisted or otherwise altered as a result of negative “clutter” inside of or around a cell. This “clutter” may be involve physical environment stressors or it may be caused by emotional stress that literally alters the shape of molecules in the body. Indeed, when human cells are producing a lot of reactive oxygen species because they are in an M1 state of dormancy and self-defense, the water molecules around cells and inside cells become disorganized and there is an increase in acidity and dissolved oxygen in the water.

Essentially, as water becomes more disordered, the internal environment of the cell becomes more disordered as well. This is why autism experts like Kerri Rivera recommend that her autism patients drink sea water to ensure that cells that are in an M2 state have the opportunity to interact with structured water (also known as gel water, ordered water, liquid crystalline water, or living water) with an organized hexagonal shape that includes an extra hydrogen atom and an extra oxygen atom with a molecular formula of H3O2. Sea water is structured water and structured water that contains ionic minerals is able to store electrical energy particularly well.

The concept of “structured” or “gel” water was originally discovered by Dr. Gerald Pollack at the earth science lab at the University of Washington. Dr. Pollack wrote the book, The Fourth Phase of Water: Beyond Solid, Liquid, and Vapor to describe how the use of structured water affected plant growth and human health. His work uncovered an important issue relevant to all human health, namely dehydration and a disordered electrical system caused by a lack of electrolytes in proper alignment at a cellular level. His ideas regarding structured water can have a positive impact on a wide variety of different disease states including Long COVID, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimer’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Huntington’s Disease, and more.

Dr. Dana Cohen and Gina Bria wrote a book called Quench: Reclaim your Energy and Health with the New Science of Hydration, Including Your Five-Day Plan to Hydrate. This book talks about the highly conductive molecular structure of gel water that energizes cells to restore general health. When the water in the human body is in gel form, it forms water crystals similar to snowflakes but this structure is not in a solid “ice” state. Rather, these snowflakes remain in a fluid liquid state.

Structured water exists in fruits and vegetables as well as in coconut water. Also, if you poured a bottle of tap water into a river at the top of a mountain, by the time it flowed to the bottom of the mountain, it would be “structured”. Sea water is structured water too. In other words, the water H2O molecules from these sources take on a particular hexagonal shape and absorb additional hydrogen and oxygen atoms that contain a large quantity of bio-photons, or packets of energy that our cells and the mitochondria can use to re-energize and heal.

Experts on the topic of gel water have found that the fascia is the primary system in the body that distributes water to ensure proper hydration. Fascia is like a translucent body suit that we wear under the skin and that wraps all of our muscles and organs. Those who are struggling with chronic fatigue syndrome or symptoms similar to chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia following a COVID-19 infection or following vaccination with the COVID-19 vaccine knowthat disordered fascia can make life very difficult and very painful. The acupuncture meridians are located on the fascia, and this tissue system transmits energy as well as water molecules throughout the body. Water is able to conduct electricity and fascia that contains plenty of gel water is more conductive than fascia that is dehydrated. Fascia is made up of collagen which contains a lot of gel water by nature. By making sure your body has access to gel water, you can help energy circulate properly throughout the body to promote water movement to improve cellular health.

Drinking 3-4 glasses of fresh fruit or vegetable juice is one way to get plenty of structured water. When you drink the structured water, the rest of the water molecules in the body align with the structured water H2O molecules. The biophotons in the structured water feed energy to the mitochondria to restore normal M2 mitochondrial function.

Using Infrared Light or an Infrared Sauna to Structure Gel Water for Long COVID Treatment

Infrared saunas use a specific wavelength of light in the red spectrum to interact with water molecules and cause them to split into positive and negative charges. This shift in their molecular structure supports the creation of gel water inside the body.

Infrared saunas are able to send light waves in the red spectrum through the skin and into the body to structure water. The infrared light energy splits water molecules into positive and negative charges, which shifts their molecular structure, allowing them to form structured gel water.

Sources of Gel Water for Long Haul COVID Treatment

If you don’t have access to structured sea water, there are plenty of ways to gain access to it to restore health if you are suffering from Long COVID / Long Haul COVID, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimer’s, or any other disease that involves low cellular energy. Structured water is present in all fruits and vegetables so juicing is a valuable endeavor if you feel like your health has been downgraded chronically by either a physical or an emotional stressor.

The Gerson Diet Long COVID Treatment

There are several juicing methods that you can use to restore your health depending on the extent of your symptoms and how quickly you want to regain your health. The Gerson Diet or a modified version of this diet involves a diet of only freshly juiced vegetables. Patients drink 12 to 13 glasses of vegetable juices daily along with steamed vegetables for meals while taking specific supplements to rebuild proper immune function.

Juicing in General as a Long COVID Treatment

The Juice Lady, Cherie Calbom, recommends that patients drink at least 3-4 glasses of freshly juiced vegetable or fruit juice daily to restore health. Some people may not have the time or resources to do a full Gerson Diet juicing protocol, but drinking 3-4 glasses of juice daily can make a noticeable difference in your health to reduce fatigue and restore energy to your body (while diminishing pain) within a few weeks to a few months.

Bone Broth Long Haul COVID Cure

Bone broth contains gel water as well as a variety of nutrients that are lacking in a traditional American (or European) diet. If you slow cook bone broth throughout the day in a slow cooker, it can be ready for you each evening. Bone broth is an excellent Long COVID cure because it’s a gel water source that’s available to practically everyone, no matter what their budget.  If you’re a vegan or even a vegetarian and you’re suffering from Long COVID, you may want to consider changing your diet for a few months to recover fully from COVID-19. It may be necessary to use food as medicine to fully restore your health.

Drink Smoothies with Chia Seeds to Cure Long COVID and to Combat Fatigue after the COVID Vaccine

Adding crushed chia seeds to smoothies, water, and other drinks causes the water to become structured. Desert-dwelling communities have used chia seeds to survive for long periods of time in the desert without water because chia seeds promote super-hydration by causing the water in the body to become structured and hexagonal. So add crushed chia seeds to your drinks and smoothies whenever possible.

Alkalize the Body

This is a simple trick. Add lime to water to make the water more alkaline and to enhance its electrical potential. It works by increasing the number of hydrogen atoms that are available in every glass of water. This increases your pH or, in other words, it causes your body to become more alkaline. Adding lime to the water that you drink makes the water easier for the body to use in a healthy way.

When you alkalize the body using lime juice or if you drink five 8 ounce glasses of water with a teaspoon of baking soda each day for up to 3 weeks, it’s easier for your body to create gel water. Alkalizing the body is regularly used in no-chemo, no-radiation cancer clinics to cure cancer. Cesium or even sodium bicarbonate can be used at home to do high pH therapy to cure cancer. Dr. Keith Brewer, a microbiologist, accidentally discovered that cesium therapy was able to remove the pain of cancer within 48 hours or less and that it is capable of quickly and efficiently dissolving tumors too. This information has been covered up by Big Pharma in order to maintain the highly lucrative Cancer Industry.

Alkalizing the body can be used to treat Long COVID as well as chronic fatigue syndrome and a wide variety of other chronic diseases that are caused by metabolic changes in the functioning of mitochondria in human cells. Sea water has a neutral pH which can help you raise your pH into an alkaline level and maintain it easily.

Cook with Coconut Oil and Ghee

Like chia seeds, coconut oil and ghee promote the structuring of water in the body. So, if you’re recovering from COVID, cooking with coconut and ghee daily can help you recover from the negative effects of the COVID vaccine as well as Long COVID. For best results, don't heat the oils to a high temperature. The lower the temperature, the better.

FINAL NOTE: This author was diagnosed with fibromyalgia as well as Reiter's Syndrome and chronic fatigue syndrome many years ago after a period of extreme emotional stress and a strange digestive illness. At that time, the Metabolic Theory of Disease didn't exist. It was frightening and I felt hopeless. I was afraid of being crippled for life. The doctors offered me no hope. So I started paying attention to myself and noted that drinking coffee made me feel worse and that certain electrolyte drinks made me feel better. I followed these observations to total recovery, but the recovery process took time and I had to keep an alkaline lifestyle and dedicate myself to staying hydrated for many years. Nonetheless, I was eventually able to go back to running marathons and doing extreme workouts. Drinking sea water and coconut water can have a profound effect on a person's health over time. Avoid gatorade and other commercial electrolyte drinks that may contain bromine and other hazardous chemicals that can disrupt your endocrine system.
