Wormwood tinctures can be taken internally by mixing with water. This is a very bitter herb, so it's smart to combine it with plain water first (
do not mix with juice). Wormwood should not be taken in high doses over the long term, and patients using wormwood should take breaks to allow their digestive system to rebuild. Start with a very low dose at first.
When taking Artemisia in any of its forms (including this wormwood), it's important to not take it at the same time as vitamin C therapy, since wormwood is an
oxidant therapy, and vitamin C is an
