Introduction to Light Therapy
These days, more and more people are discovering the amazing healing effects of resonant frequencies to cure cancer and other diseases. Resonant frequencies are sound waves that are resonant with specific pathogens or tissues in the human body. Through resonance, the body can be cured of infection and tissue health can be enhanced. People are using resonant frequencies to cure autoimmune disease, cancer, COVID, Lyme disease, parasite infections, and more with inspired tools like the Rife Machine. But light is another type of vibrational medicine that uses light waves instead of sound waves and resonant therapy to cure disease. And let me just say that I have had amazing results using light therapy in my own home and in my own practice. I use red light to heal more health issues than any other medicine that I currently work with.
Light and Color: How to Use Color to Work with Light
One of the most interesting things that Lydi and I have researched and worked with over the years to heal disease and naturally treat chronic pain is light. Light can be used in some fascinating ways to cure autoimmune disease naturally, but when you combine light with vibrantly colored nutrients like vitamin B12 (which is a cobalt blue color), iodine (which is a deep orange or purple/black color), vitamin K2 (which is a vibrant orange color), or iron (which is all colors of the rainbow depending on how it combines with other chemicals in the body) the result of treatment can be significantly enhanced because of how these nutrients interact with light once they find their place in the body.Light and how light interacts with our human eyes and our skin is a bit confusing, so the science of using light to heal disease requires a bit of an introduction. For example, the color of an object perceived by our human eyes is actually the color of light being reflected by that object. This means that, if we see some object that appears to be a pure blue color to our human eyes, that object is actually made up of every other color except blue. The object is absorbing all wavelengths of light except the wavelengths in the blue spectrum which is why our eyes see the pure blue reflection perceived by our eyes as “blue”.
When we talk about light therapy and human health, we have to consider both the wavelength of light as well as the color of the tissues or fluids that are being targeted for treatment. For readers who are working with at home treatments for autoimmune disease, or alternative therapies for autoimmune disease, light therapy mostly pertains to light applied to the skin and the outer layers of tissue affected by the external application of light. Thus, the exact colors that are manifesting in the skin as a result of blood flow, blood oxygenation levels, melanin configuration in the skin, and the presence of biliverdin or bilirubin levels are important. If you’re feeling sick to your stomach and people say that you “look a little green”, they’re seeing biliverdin, a bile metabolite or breakdown product that can build up in the skin when the body becomes overly toxic for one reason or another. Perhaps you have a problem with your blood vessels. Maybe you varicose veins or a hemangioma that’s bright red, purple or a deep blue color. No matter what color you’re working with in terms of human tissues, choose the complementary color of light for treatment. So if you’re working with a greenish biliverdin skin color, choose a purple or slightly fuschia color of light. If you’re working with a the deep blue color of an abnormal blood vessel, choose bright red light for light therapy. In hospitals all across the world, babies that are born with the deeply yellow-colored skin of jaundice are treated with ultraviolet light, the complementary color that works swiftly to remove the bilirubin color of skin that is working to detoxify the liver. For those who have never worked with light therapy, this form of treatment might seem like it would have only subtle effects, if any effects at all. People’s expectations are often low when they begin working with light therapy, but light is a powerful healer that can do many amazing things. Even the light that you would use in your home or that a healer might use at an alternative medicine clinic can heal health issues swiftly and without complication. Light applied to the skin can have strong healing effects on the entire human body because of the relationship between the skin and the brain. In fact, each of our sensory organs contains melanin and melanocytes (melanin-producing cells), even in the darkest recesses of the human body, like in the middle ear and inside the nose. Indeed, melanocytes in human skin are equipped with the exact same smell receptors that we use for the sense of smell and these smell receptors in the skin capture smells and “smell” them and our bodies respond to these smells without our conscious knowledge.
Most of the discussions regarding light therapy don’t touch on the topic of melanin, blood color, blood flow, bile metabolites like biliverdin and bilirubin in the skin, but this is a fundamental piece of the puzzle that makes sense of why and how light therapy works. We'll talk more about these skin-color-changing factors in future discussions.
