Oregano Essential Oil

This oregano essential oil is food-grade, an important thing to look for in an oregano oil that you plan to use internally and not only for aromatherapy uses. It is 30ml and comes with a dropper cap and a normal cap for easy usage and storage. Oregano essential oil is an effective treatment for vaginal yeast infections, systemic yeast infections, digestive yeast infections, thrush, and related issues. It can also be used for the following:

• H. pylori infection (a main cause of stomach and intestinal ulcers)
• Interstitial cystitis 
• Sinus infections

As a treatment for cystitis, H. pylori, or yeast infections, mix 1-3 drops of oregano essential oil with a tablespoon of olive oil or another cold-pressed oil (such as avocado oil). Take this 4 times per day. It is important to mix the oregano essential oil with another oil because otherwise the oregano oil can burn your lips and/or throat. To treat sinus infections, combine 1-3 drops of oregano essential oil with a cup of fresh, filtered water and put in a small saucepan. Heat until there is steam, then place a towel over your head and breathe the steam deeply into your sinuses. Take care to not get too close to the pot, since the steam can be very hot. Repeat until the infection and/or symptoms have disappeared.
