Wormwood should not be used by women who are pregnant or who may become pregnant because it is an abortive. It should not be taken for more than 4 weeks at one time. When taking wormwood, take a short break every 4 weeks to allow your body to rebalance itself before continuing.   NOTE: When using oxidant therapies, it's important to avoid mixing the oxidants with vitamin C or other major anti-oxidants. If you take vitamin C at the same time that you are following an oxidant therapy protocol, you may cancel out the effects of the oxidant therapy completely. When taking an oxidant therapy, avoid high quantities of vitamin C and when you do take vitamin C or eat a food high in anti-oxidants, make sure to wait at least 30 minutes before/after the next dose of the oxidant therapy.
