Taurine Amino Acid Supplement
Taurine is a naturally occurring amino acid that can be valuable as a supplement for the treatment of addiction. It is most commonly used to help increase and regulate glutamate deficiency. Glutamate deficiency can cause the symptoms of dementia, epilepsy, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis (MS), and Parkinson’s, as well as contributing to Restless Leg Syndrome, OCD, psychosis, difficulty recovering from PTSD, anxiety and depression, and symptoms of autism and bipolar disorder, to name a few. Taurine can be taken as a supplement to help prevent these symptoms of glutamate deficiency, particularly in recovering addicts.
It is especially important for recovering alcohol addicts, but it may be used to help support anyone with any addiction who wishes to quit and recover.
Take 1 capsule of this supplement daily as part of your daily supplementation protocol. This supplement may be taken with other amino acid supplements, but ideally it should not be taken at the same time as Mucuna pruriens.
