Stinging nettle (
Urtica dioica) is a plant native to Europe and northern Africa that can help combat the symptoms of COVID-19, influenza, and the common cold. Specifically, stinging nettle can treat:
- Rash and/or itching
- Cough
- Sneezing and runny nose
- Inflammation of the nose or eyes
This product is a tincture extract. To use it to treat the symptoms of COVID-19 or other related illnesses involving the symptoms above, we recommend taking 770mg (approximately 2 dropperfuls) of the tincture by mouth twice daily. Try taking one 770mg dose in the morning and another dose at night to prevent coughing fits and other symptoms throughout both the day and night.
Stinging nettle may also be taken in a
capsulized form or as a
tea.
Do not use stinging nettle if you are pregnant as it can stimulate uterine contractions, thus inducing labor or causing miscarriage. However, women who are lactating should known that this plant can help increase breast milk supply. It can also treat anemia, making it particularly good for women who have just given birth.
NOTE: This plant is an antioxidant, so avoid combining it with MMS/CDS or other oxidant therapies.
