Stinging Nettle / Urtica dioica Herbal Supplement

Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica) is a plant native to Europe and northern Africa that can help combat the symptoms of COVID-19, influenza, and the common cold. Specifically, stinging nettle can treat:

  • Rash and/or itching
  • Cough
  • Sneezing and runny nose
  • Inflammation of the nose or eyes

This product is in a capsulized form. To use it to treat the symptoms of COVID-19 or other related illnesses, we recommend taking between 300mg – 4000mg twice a day. Take one dose in the morning and the second dose at night before bed to prevent coughing fits throughout the day and night.

Stinging nettle may also be taken as a tea or as an extract tincture.

Do not use stinging nettle if you are pregnant as it can stimulate uterine contractions, thus inducing labor or causing miscarriage. However, women who are lactating should known that this plant can help increase breast milk supply. It can also treat anemia, making it particularly good for women who have just given birth.

NOTE: This plant is an antioxidant, so avoid combining it with MMS/CDS or other oxidant therapies.
