Pau d’Arco tea is an essential treatment for any kind of yeast infections. To prepare the tea, bring a pot of about 3 cups of water to a boil. Add about 1-2 tablespoons of the powder and then lower the water to a simmer. Allow to simmer for 20 minutes and then turn off the heat. Strain the tea and drink. For the pau d’arco to work, make a large quantity of tea and drink it throughout the day (you may even consider replacing your normal water intake with pau d’arco tea while you are treating a yeast infection).
