Magnesium Chloride Liquid Supplement

Description

Description

Magnesium chloride is a particularly bioavailable form of magnesium, and one that is also known to be an antiviral. It is necessary to encourage the absorption and proper use of antioxidants such as CoQ10, alpha lipoic acid, L-carnitine, and others. Start at a dosage of about 75mg per day, and then gradually increase the dosage over the course of 1-3 months until you’re taking a total of 600mg daily.

This liquid supplement contains about 66mg of magnesium chloride per 1/2 teaspoon, so you’ll need to measure out slightly more than a teaspoon to take daily at first.

Cure Your Disease With The Living Database

The Living Database was created to give regular people access to the science behind cures so that they can evaluate the data themselves and use it to cure diseases privately at home. We find the relevant scientific studies and anecdotal reports that have been covered up by mainstream media and by intentional censorship on search engines like Google and compile what we find for future reference. Now, you can find the same scientific literature that we use at Alive-N-Healthy to write the content for our blog!
