Red Raspberry Leaf Dosing During Pregnancy



The dried leaves are the medicinal part of the plant. During the first trimester, women should limit their daily consumption to 1.5 grams of the dried herb (or 5 mL of the tincture) daily. 

After the 1st trimester, you can administer large doses of red raspberry daily in preparation for labor or to treat a kidney infection.
