Conventional medicine says there is no cure for premature ovarian failure, but holistic medicine says something very different. Lugol's iodine is a woman's best friend with vitamin K2 coming in as a close second as natural remedies for POF.

Natural Cures for Premature Ovarian Failure / Primary Ovarian Insufficiency

Premature Ovarian Failure (POF) is a woman’s fertility issue that occurs in women under the age of 40 years. Premature Ovarian Failure involves amenorrhea or lack of menstruation, low levels of estrogen, high concentrations of the gonadotropins, and immature ovarian follicles. It is one of the most common causes of female infertility. Premature Ovarian Failure / POF is also known as Premature Ovarian Insufficiency as well as Premature Menopause so we use these terms interchangeably throughout to make it easier for search engines to index the article.

Sadly, as a common cause of female infertility that occurs in approximately 1% of women, Premature Ovarian Failure / POF is not just a disease that involves fertility. Rather it’s a disease that involves a doubling of an age-specific increase in mortality for women with this diagnosis. About half of women with Premature Ovarian Failure have ovarian follicles that intermittently function properly and some women successfully become pregnant with Premature Ovarian Failure even without any form of treatment. In this article, we discuss nutrient deficiencies and how even a deficiency of sunlight can cause this disease and also remedy it. In other words, many women cure Premature Ovarian Failure accidentally.

Early Menopause / Premature Ovarian Insufficiency Cure

In this article, we’re going to talk about how to cure premature menopause and premature ovarian insufficiency by resetting the pineal gland, the thyroid gland, the ovaries, and the thymus gland through the calculated supplementation of specific nutrients that have been systematically removed from the food supply. The resulting nutrient deficiencies caused by removal of these nutrients from the food supply have caused problems like the calcification of the pineal gland, the ovaries, breast tissues, and other reproductive organ tissues. Calcification of a soft tissue gland or organ indicates that a person has vitamin K2 and an iodine deficiency. Thyroid problems and issues with circadian rhythms which impact ovulation are also a part of this health profile. Indeed, the ovaries contain circadian oscillators that are designed to function in response to light. In different article at this link, we talk in depth about these circadian oscillators and how they work in response to sunlight and moonlight and how some women have been able to use nothing but controlled light exposure to successfully manipulate their ovarian function in positive ways.

Organophosphate exposure and exposure to bromide / bromine also plays a major role in the development of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency, but vitamin K2 and iodine can protect the body from both of these toxins when these nutrients are used properly with other supportive nutrients that we’ll outline at the end of this article.

Further, some women have successfully used bee venom therapy to overcome Premature Menopause / Premature Ovarian Insufficiency.

Estrogen-Progestin Therapy for Premature Ovarian Insufficiency / Premature Menopause

Doctors typically prescribe estrogen-progestin “therapy” for POF, but women should think twice before they take these medications. Progestins are unnatural, synthetic hormones. And synthetic estrogens and xenoestrogens are a major cause of reproductive organ dysfunction.   Read more about the dangers of taking synthetic hormones here. Rather than taking synthetic hormones that literally destroy women’s health, it is much better for women to take Lugol’s iodine 2%, a nutrient that literally heals both the thyroid gland and the reproductive organs while synchronizing the effects of the entire endocrine system and immune system. Lugol’s iodine is a cure for most reproductive organ diseases and disorders in women. I say this with confidence because I have a lot of experience watching this nutrient work. Herbal remedies for Premature Ovarian Failure typically contain iodine and vitamin K2, which is why they work so well. Besides vitamin K2, Lugol’s iodine is the most powerful nutrient-medicine available for women’s health issues.

Read more about Lugol’s iodine as a cure for breast cancer and other reproductive organ cancers here.

If your doctor diagnoses you with Early Menopause / Premature Ovarian Insufficiency, and you don’t want to take synthetic hormones or accept this diagnosis as the final judgment on your reproductive destiny, keep reading. The information in this article is tied to solid scientific data that will help you reclaim not just your reproductive health, but also your general health through the use of natural nutrient substances like iodine and vitamin K2.

In this article, we discuss scientifically proven, natural cures for Premature Ovarian Failure. To fully understand the context of nutrient deficiencies that are government-sponsored and how these deficiences are created in an entire population of people, please read the article at this link and download our book, Root Cause, about how to protect the body and your reproductive organs from organophosphate and bromide / bromine exposure. Unfortunately, it can be hard to understand how something as simple as an iodine deficiency or vitamin K2 deficiency could cause a disease that’s as common as Premature Ovarian Failure. But iodine deficiency especially is common throughout the world, particularly in developed countries where the soils have been misused and depleted. And vitamin K2 is a deficiency caused by industrialized farming and a lack of access to grass-fed meats combined with organophosphate-use like RoundUp/glyphosate that kills microorganisms and plants that go through the shikimate metabolic pathway that would normally ensure that vitamin K2 is widely available in the gut flora as well as in edible plants. GMOs that do not produce vitamin K2 through the shikimate pathway are a major cause of vitamin K2 deficiency. But let’s continue with our discussion without going too far into the technicalities and politics surrounding these nutrient deficiencies.

Natural Cures for Premature Ovarian Failure

In one study involving animals, a thymus gland peptide known as “thymopentin” was able to silence certain genes while activating others that stopped the aging process in ovarian granulosa cells thereby acting as a cure for Premature Ovarian Failure and Premature Menopause. As such, thymopentin points us naturally to a cure for Premature Ovarian Insufficiency that involves treatment of the thymus gland in humans.

Other animal studies have shown that thymus gland regrowth and reactivation can happen even in older animals using nutrient supplementation. The use of melatonin is thought-provoking given the fact that pineal gland calcification is a major cause of infertility. Also, melatonin is a neurohormone that’s involved in circadian rhythms which, as we discussed briefly above, are implicated in most, if not all ovarian disorders and diseases. Indeed, the use of melatonin as a cure for reproductive organ dysfunction isn’t surprising to us given the fact that pineal gland calcification is a common cause of female infertility. Read more about how to use vitamin K2 treat pineal gland calcification here as a cure for female infertility caused by premature ovarian failure

The pineal gland normally is responsible for adjusting serotonin / melatonin levels in our bodies in response to light exposure. This gland regulates circadian rhythms including ovary function and the timing of ovulation. During the day, the pineal gland ensures that we produce serotonin from tryptophan (which is another amino acid produced through the shikimate pathway noted above). At night, when light is diminished, melatonin is produced instead of serotonin to help us go to sleep. So it makes sense that the pineal gland and melatonin supplementation (a substance that’s released by the pineal gland) would be able to play a role as a Premature Ovarian Failure cure.

The Thymus-Pineal Gland Axis and Why Melatonin Can Be Used to Cure Premature Ovarian Failure

For many years, the thymus-pineal connection was only speculative, but recently, scientists have discovered “circadian oscillators” in the pineal gland and in the ovaries that play a role in immune system function. The thymus gland is mostly viewed as an immune-system gland, but in reality, its role in the body isn’t fully understood. It does play a big role in immune system function, but it is also intimately tied into the nervous system, particularly the autonomic nervous system.

The immune system, the nervous system, and the endocrine system could be regarded as one system because these three systems are so heavily integrated and connected. In conventional medicine, these three systems are separate entities which makes it hard for patients and doctors to arrive at creative solutions to health problems like Premature Ovarian Failure and Premature Menopause, but in holistic medicine, it’s possible to look at these three systems and fully understand a health problem like Premature Ovarian Failure from a new perspective.

The thymus gland and the thyroid gland are two endocrine glands that also influence each other in a manner similar to how the pineal gland influences the thymus gland and vice versa. Indeed, as one of the most famous neurohormones produced by the pineal gland, melatonin, can be used as a natural cure for Premature Ovarian Failure, along with the simultaneous treatment of the thyroid gland using Lugol’s iodine, vitamin K2, L-tyrosine, sunlight exposure, and some other supportive nutrient supplementation that we outline at the end of this article.

Melatonin is a recommended supplement for Premature Ovarian Failure, but over the course of time, with vitamin K2 and Lugol’s iodine supplementation (plus the supportive nutrients like zinc / copper) the pineal gland will start to produce melatonin itself more easily and with greater regularity. Nonetheless, melatonin supplementation may be valuable as an ongoing natural treatment for Early Menopause/Premature Ovarian Insufficiency along with the other recommended nutrients, but some women may decide that after about a year of Lugol’s iodine plus vitamin K2 that they don’t need melatonin anymore because the body is producing its own natural melatonin again.

The Thymus Gland and Calcium / Phosphate Metabolism

Calcification of organs and glands (which causes these organs / glands to malfunction) is a major cause of Primary Ovarian Insufficiency. The thymus gland is involved in metabolizing calcium and phosphates (which always function together, like two poles of a magnet). Removal of the thymus gland (due to thymoma / thymus gland cancer or as a conventional medicine treatment for Myasthenia Gravis) leads to problems with calcium and manganese metabolism. Manganese metabolism issues, in turn, aggravate iodine absorption which impacts the thyroid gland negatively.

Further, the thymus gland receives and transmits nerves from the autonomic nervous system, the part of the nervous system that senses stressful events in the environment (even if we aren’t consciously aware of said events) and responds to these events by altering our breathing rate, blood flow, ovulation, menstruation, and organ function. These autonomic nervous system effects occur unconsciously, so we don’t have conscious control over them (unless you happen to be a yogi who works daily with meditation to control the autonomic nervous system).

The primary neurotransmitters that the autonomic nervous system uses to make adjustments to how organs are functioning throughout the body are acetylcholine and noradrenaline. Acetylcholine is manufactured from a nutrient known as phosphatidylcholine which is also an important nutrient that ensures that all human cells contain a healthy, electrical living membrane made of phospholipids. We’ll talk more about phosphatidylcholine later. The other neurotransmitter, noradrenaline is manufactured from an amino acid known as L-tyrosine. We’ll talk more about L-tyrosine later in this article too.

Premature Ovarian Failure Caused by Thyroid Gland Dysfunction

Studies have shown that in addition to responding to melatonin supplementation, Premature Ovarian Failure also often responds very well to treatment with thyroxin or triiodothyronine, both of which are synthetic thyroid hormones. But women don’t need to go to the doctor’s office to get a prescription for synthetic thyroid hormones. In fact, treatment with synthetic thyroid hormones in decidedly contraindicated for women with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency and Early Menopause, in this author’s opinion especially if women are hoping to conceive. Synthetic thyroid hormones kill the thyroid gland over time. Rather, I’m pointing out the connection between thyroid gland dysfunction and Premature Ovarian Failure / Early Menopause so that women with this health issue can target the areas of the body that are ailing with confidence that the treatment is backed up scientifically. The cure for hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism is and always has been Lugol’s iodine 2%, which contains both molecular iodine and potassium iodide, the two forms of iodine that are easily absorbed by the thyroid gland and the reproductive organs. Note once again though that it is vital that those who are iodine deficient begin by taking supportive nutrients like vitamin K2, selenium, and zinc / copper at the dosages we recommend at the end of this article.

It’s best for women to cure Premature Ovarian Failure using Lugol’s iodine and vitamin K2 rather than exposing their bodies, which are already in a weakened state, to more synthetic drugs. While Lugol’s iodine deficiency is the most common cause of thyroid dysfunction, vitamin K2 is a common cause of iodine deficiency (which in turn leads to thyroid disease). But vitamin K2, while promoting absorption of iodine, also gets rid of pineal gland calcification and other calcifications in the body. Both of these deficiencies (iodine and vitamin K2) have been programmed into the food supply by 1) the removal of iodine fortification of foods and the replacement of bromine / bromide compounds in food products in place of iodine as endocrine disruptors and 2) the use of organophosphates like RoundUp / glyphosate that kill natural gut flora that would go through shikimate pathway and GMO food plant staples that no longer go through the shikimate pathway to produce things like L-tyrosine, L-tryptophan, and vitamin K2.

L-Tryptophan and Sunlight / Moonlight Exposure: The Connection Between Serotonin-Melatonin and Premature Ovarian Failure / Premature Menopause

L-tryptophan is the amino acid that the body uses to manufacture both serotonin and melatonin. Serotonin is the daytime neurotransmitter that helps us feel awake, yet calm and content during the day. Serotonin levels vary with sunlight exposure. Serotonin levels are also tied in unique ways to estrogen levels in the body.

Melatonin is manufactured from serotonin. If serotonin levels are too low, melatonin levels will also be low. When the sun goes down and when the body is exposed to less light, it produces more melatonin to tell the body to sleep.

This daytime-serotonin and nighttime-melatonin cycle starts with L-tryptophan, the amino acid building block that’s required for the production of both serotonin and melatonin. L-tryptophan is produced through the shikimate pathway by plants and microorganisms. Humans can’t and don’t go through the shikimate pathway, but prior to the advent of GMO staple food products like corn, wheat, and soy, and RoundUp / glyphosate residues on food products that kill the gut flora that would normally go through the shikimate pathway, we had plenty of L-tryptophan available in food and from intestinal gut flora production.

There is plenty of Big Pharma-sponsored propaganda out there about L-tryptophan supplements today, so be aware of this problem when you research L-tryptophan and note that I have never had any problems nor have I ever known anyone who has had problems of any kind with L-tryptophan supplements.

L-Tyrosine and Sunlight Exposure: The Connection Between Melanin and Premature Ovarian Failure

L-tyrosine is an amino acid that’s absolutely required along with iodine for the production of natural thyroid hormones that spur ovulation in women with Premature Ovarian Failure. Both thyroid hormones are made from the nutrients L-tyrosine, iodine. So if you’re deficient in either of these two things, your thyroid gland will malfunction and ovulation won’t happen on cue.

Vitamin K2, meanwhile, is a substance that ensures that iodine can be absorbed in the body and that the pineal gland and ovaries do not become calcified. Both vitamin K2 and L-tyrosine are also produced through the same shikimate metabolic pathway that produces L-tryptophan. So you can see how Big Food could knowingly hijack the shikimate pathway on behalf of Big Pharma to reliably produce a wide range of health problems related to iodine deficiency, vitamin K2 deficiency, L-tyrosine deficiency, and L-tryptophan deficiency. I won’t talk in depth about methylfolate deficiency in this article, though it may also be related to Premature Ovarian Failure. Methylfolate / vitamin B9 is another essential nutrient that is supposed to be produced through the same shikimate pathway as vitamin K2, L-tyrosine, and L-tryptophan.

Without vitamin K2, it can be hard for the body to absorb iodine because calcium can’t be absorbed into bones and teeth from the blood supply. And without vitamin K2, soft tissues like the pineal gland and the ovaries become calcified because calcium lingers too long in the blood supply. The body tries to download this calcium into the soft tissues like glands, organs, and blood vessels while bones and teeth get weak and brittle because vitamin K2 isn’t there to transport calcium into the bone tissues. Vitamin D makes this problem of calcium in the blood supply infinitely worse which is why mainstream media promotes vitamin D so fervently as a cure for absolutely everything. In reality, vitamin D makes the iodine-vitamin K2 deficiency problem much worse which, in turn fuels the Big Food / Big Ag / Big Pharma empire. Read more here about the damaging effects of supplementing with vitamin D without also supplementing with vitamin K2 at the same time.

Read more here about how to use vitamin K2 as a cure for ovarian cancer and other reproductive organ cancers here.

Note that vitamin K2 is a new discovery. It is related to, but different from vitamin K1. It used to be present in grass-fed, organic dairy products from cows that have never been administered organophosphate treatments to prevent insect infestations and in certain edible plants, but today, GMO plants and the application of organophosphate veterinary medications (that kill insects that might infest cows, pigs, or chickens), kill the microorganisms in the animals that would allow those animals to produce milk, meat, cheese, or eggs containing vitamin K2. As such, vitamin K2 is no longer present in sufficient quantities in the diets of those who live in developed countries. Vitamin D supplementation exacerbates the problem of vitamin K2 deficiency such that people accidentally make their health issues worse by taking this supplement in high doses at the urging of mainstream media and their doctors.

Vitamin K2 and L-Tyrosine are both produced through a biochemical pathway known as the Shikimate Pathway. The Shikimate Pathway is regarded by scientists as The Metabolic Tree with Many Branches. Vitamin K2 and L-Tyrosine are produced along the same branch of this metaphorical tree along with L-tryptophan and methylfolate / vitamin B9. While vitamin K2 is “menaquinone-7” (abbreviated to MK-7, the natural form of vitamin K), L-tyrosine is an amino acid (a basic building block of proteins).

Note the suffix “-quinone” in the word “mena-quinone”. Quinones are all vibrantly colorful. This is important in terms of sunlight exposure and melanin production in human skin so make note of it now.

L-tyrosine is an amino acid that has multiple functions in the human body. It is used to manufacture thyroid hormones as well as dopamine, another vital neurotransmitter that, if deficient leads to problems like addiction (because addiction is merely dopamine deficiency caused by too few of amino acids like L-tyrosine that are used to make dopamine), and autonomic nervous system dysfunction (because dopamine is used to manufacture noradrenaline), as well as adrenal fatigue (because dopamine is used to manufacture adrenaline). But it is also used to manufacture melanin.

Melanin is the pigment that colors the skin, hair, and eyes. How your skin, hair, and eyes are colored impact how your body interacts with the full-spectrum of light that come from the sun. Skin that is exposed to the sun gets darker or “tanned”. This happens because of how our bodies interact naturally with the sun. The full spectrum of light colors from the sun is meant to interact with a spectrum of colors from vibrant quinone-based nutrients and other vibrantly colored nutrients like the vibrant blue cobalt in methylcobalamin / vitamin B12.

Sunlight and Cat Colors

Let’s think just for a moment about orange cats. Orange cats, like Garfield, the cartoon character tend to have problems with obesity. They often have issues with the organs of detoxification like the kidneys and the liver.

Orange things like orange cats actually the color orange. Our eyes perceive orange cats as being orange because when light hits their fur, the fur reflects orange while absorbing all other colors of light. In other words, orange cats are actually every other color except orange. So orange cats would tend to have health issues related to their fur-color.

Before you dismiss this idea about light, color, and health problems as too far-out to believe, think about jaundiced babies–babies that are born with a distinctive yellow color to their skin. The conventional medicine treatment for these babies is to put them under “purple” or ultraviolet light. The use of complementary colors to cure this problem is an example of how light and the color of skin, hair, fur, and eyes impacts the type and quality of health problems that humans and animals experience.

Sunlight Exposure for Premature Ovarian Failure

There are actually a number of vital substances that our bodies produce when we’re exposed to sunlight. Men have discovered this fact and they’ve started using “testicular tanning” to cure male infertility and sexual dysfunction. But women don’t have a “testicular tanning” catchphrase equivalent, sadly. Testicular tanning is a strictly male thing at the moment. But women can benefit a great deal from sunlight exposure as long as they take L-tyrosine, vitamin K2, L-tryptophan, and methylfolate / vitamin B9 since these nutrients are all shikimate-pathway nutrients that work together in the body to produce melanin of proper weight and color. Nonetheless, if you’re looking for a cure for Premature Ovarian Failure and you’d like to better understand the relationship between L-tyrosine, melanin, and sunlight exposure in terms of reproductive health, read this article about testicular tanning for an in-depth explanation.

L-tyrosine is a building block of melanin. It is made by plants and certain microorganisms through the shikimate pathway (along with vitamin K2 and methylfolate / vitamin B9, of course). Without enough L-tyrosine, the body will build “lightweight” melanin molecules that weigh less than healthier counterparts. But without iodine, melanin may not have the same rich, red-orange color. Indeed, without the cobalt-blue of methylcobalamin (also known as natural vitamin B12) to add to the depth of melanin colors as a sunlight-interactive molecule in human skin, hair, and eyes, melanin may not be as healthy as it could be. And without methylfolate, another substance produced by the same L-tyrosine / vitamin K2 shikimate pathway, vitamin B12 will not function properly in the body. Unhealthy melanin impacts circadian rhythms and the pineal gland’s natural ability to decide when it’s day or night and how many days have passed, which impacts the body’s ability to ovulate according to a 28 day schedule. Melanin captures the various colors of light in full-spectrum sunlight. The pineal gland decodes the information derived from melanin and its interaction with the sun. If you think of melanin as a sort of solar panel that is able to capture all of the various wavelengths of light (each of which are a different color) by itself containing all of the colors of the rainbow as well as colors beyond the visible spectrum of light in the form of colorful nutrients like iodine (red-orange), menaquinone-7 / vitamin K2 (red-orange), and methylcobalamin / vitamin B12 (blue-violet), methylfolate (bright yellow) with L-tyrosine and L-tryptophan as a vital nutrients that tie all of these other nutrients together, you can better understand how sunlight exposure without sunscreen can help you cure Primary Ovarian Failure.

The Budwig Diet and Phosphatidylcholine: Natural Treatment for Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

Scientists, in their effort to produce research that Big Pharma will fund, have developed painful and toxic treatments for Premature Ovarian Failure. But while the Big Pharma-funded treatments are toxic and painful, sometimes, the science behind these treatments gives us a clue as to how women can cure Premature Ovarian Insufficiency at home using simple, painless (yet surprisingly effective treatments).

Phosphatidylcholine is a molecule that contains both choline and phosphate. Phosphate is an extremely important nutrient-substance in the body. We talk in depth about overcoming phosphate and problems like poor bone calcification and organ or glandular calcification as it relates to organophosphate insecticides in our book Root Cause. Earlier in this article, we talked about phosphatidylcholine as a nutrient that’s used to produce the neurotransmitter, acetylcholine, which is one of the most important neurotransmitters in the autonomic nervous system, the part of the nervous system that controls the unconscious behavior of internal organs like the reproductive organs as well. We talked earlier about how the autonomic nervous system unconsciously controls things like breathing rate, heart rate, the movement of the intestines, and all functioning of the organs and glands that occurs unconsciously. But the autonomic nervous system also gathers information from the environment and it is directly connected to the pineal gland via acetylcholine nerves. Without proper levels of phosphatidylcholine in the diet, acetylcholine levels become low and the autonomic nervous system function becomes “deranged”. A deranged autonomic nervous system might look like fibromyalgia symptoms, symptoms of autoimmune disease, lack of ovulation and menstrual problems, sleep-wake issues, or mood problems. Needless to say, phosphatidylcholine is an essential nutrient that should be included as part of a natural cure for Premature Ovarian Insufficiency. The best way to include this nutrient is by following the Budwig Diet.

In studies of animal models of Primary Ovarian Failure, scientists found that phosphatidylcholine pathways are involved in Premature Ovarian Insufficiency. This isn’t surprising. Male infertility issues are also often resolved with therapies involving high doses of natural phosphatidylcholine (in the Budwig Smoothie) along with L-tyrosine and the other nutrients that we’ve discussed above.

The Budwig Smoothie, a simple recipe that combines a milk product (either a nut milk, dairy milk, or goat’s milk), with cold-pressed flaxseed oil, is a nutrient-filled cure for female infertility that was developed by Dr. Johanna Budwig, an expert in the use of fats and oils to cure disease. Dr. Budwig always had her patients drink the Budwig Smoothie while sitting in the sunlight. She was renowned as an expert who was regularly able to cure cancer, mostly terminal cases that were beyond the reach of doctors, but she also worked with patients who had reproductive organ dysfunction. As such, this smoothie is a part of the cure for Primary Ovarian Failure that we recommend along with the other nutrients that we’ve discussed so far.

How to Make the Budwig Smoothie: Diet for Premature Ovarian Failure

The Budwig Smoothie as a Natural Treatment for Premature Ovarian Failure

The Budwig Smoothie is a simple recipe, but you have to follow the steps and do them in order, otherwise it won’t work as a treatment diet for premature ovarian failure.

Combine the following two ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute until it has the consistency of whipped cream.

  1. 1 Tbsp. cold pressed flaxseed oil
  2. 2 Tbsp. organic, grass-fed dairy milk, goat’s milk, grass-fed organic cottage cheese, quark, coconut milk, almond milk, or rice milk
In a separate glass bowl, grind 2 tbsp. golden or brown flaxseeds in a coffee grinder for 1 minute until they appear “fluffy”. Add the mixture to the flaxseed oil and milk mixture and stir.  FINAL STEP (do not add fruit or honey until the above steps are completed). Add fruit or honey to taste after the above ingredients have been mixed together thoroughly.

The Budwig Diet as a Diet for Premature Ovarian Failure

The Budwig Diet works as a cure for disease because the Budwig Smoothie is a rich source of phosphatidylcholine as well as sulfhydryl groups that allow human cells to rebuild themselves, creating strong, healthy cellular membranes that are properly electrical such that the cells in the body can properly communicate with each other. Phosphatidylcholine is also used to produce acetylcholine, the primary neurotransmitter of the autonomic nervous system.

Avoid all refined sugars including corn syrups and all heated oils to experience the best results from this diet. Choose raw, organic honey products and read ingredient labels to avoid refined sugars and heated oils. Note that trans fats and hydrogenated oils should be strictly avoided as well. Raw, cold-pressed oils like grape seed oil or cold-pressed hexane-free apricot kernel oil should be eaten raw and unheated daily on salads, if at all possible as well, as an additional source of vitamin B17 / amygdalin.

Premature Ovarian Insufficiency: COVID Vaccine and COVID Infection-Related POF

Premature Ovarian Failure caused by COVID-19 has been reported in the scientific literature, but women with this problem should know that COVID is a disease that was easily propagated through the population due to iodine deficiency and vitamin K2 deficiency in combination with the ubiquitous application of organophosphate insecticides and bromide / bromine insecticides which prey on and worsen the outcomes of these specific nutrient deficiencies. Indeed, a number of doctors used iodine with dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) to cure COVID.

Read more about the use of Iodine with DMSO to cure COVID here.

Reports indicate that the COVID vaccine has also been implicated in the development of Premature Ovarian Failure also. COVID vaccine injuries resemble the effects of COVID in terms of reproductive health and indeed, the presence of aluminum in the vaccines would have a significantly more negative impact on those with iodine and vitamin K2 deficiency (because high aluminum levels in the body exacerbates the problem of high calcium levels in the blood supply).

High gonadotropin levels with very low progesterone levels is one profile that’s been described in the scientific literature for Premature Ovarian Failure due to COVID infection, or due to the COVID vaccine. Studies often indicate that women who develop Premature Ovarian Insufficiency due to COVID or due to the COVID vaccine have hypothyroidism, one of the most common symptoms of iodine deficiency and vitamin K2 deficiency.

Premature Ovarian Insufficiency due to Viral Infection

Viral infections can cause inflammation of the reproductive organs. An excellent illustration of this fact is the mumps, a disease that involves swelling of the lymph nodes. Boys with mumps often develop orchitis, an inflammation of the testicles. Indeed, there have been reports of patients developing orchitis due to COVID as well as reports of patients developing irregularities in testicular tissue after COVID infection.

Viruses are able to gain entry into reproductive organ cells when these human cells are not properly protected by strong cellular membranes (which are made of phospholipids derived from nutrients like phosphatidylcholine) and when cells do not have adequate access to iodine.

How does iodine deficiency happen?

In the 1980s, the U.S. government decided to remove iodine fortification from certain foods like bread products. Bread was an excellent carrier for iodine. Big Food instead decided that iodine would be placed in salt, thus the creation of so-called “iodized” salt. But salt is a terrible carrier for iodine. Once a box of salt is opened it only takes a few days before the iodine evaporates out of the box completely. This change, instituted in the 1980s, marked the beginning of the obesity epidemic along with the rise of autoimmune diseases and the cancer epidemic.

But to make matters worse, Big Food also decided to replace the iodine in bread with bromide / bromine in food products. Indeed, Big Pharma got on board by putting bromide in prescription and over-the-counter pharmaceuticals like cough syrup, for example. When the body is iodine-deficient, bromide and bromine can go into the body and pretend to be iodine because iodine and bromine (as well as fluorine, another endocrine disruptor) are in the same chemical family. As such, these three elements look similar to the body when the body is deficient in the element that it needs: iodine.

Read more about pharmaceuticals to avoid that contain bromine / bromide here

Read more about the story of iodine deficiency as a calculated effort to cause disease in the U.S. and in other countries here.

Download the book Root Cause here to learn how to protect your body from organophosphate insecticide and bromide / bromine poisoning.

Iodine deficiency is something that is extremely common throughout the world even without removing food fortifications and adding endocrine disrupting halogen elements like fluorine and bromine to food, water, and pharmaceuticals. But even if it is present in a patient’s diet in high quantities, iodine absorption can be inhibited if the blood contains high levels of calcium. And high calcium levels in the blood (with low calcium levels in the bones and teeth) occurs when a person is deficient in vitamin K2. So vitamin K2 deficiency also contributes to iodine deficiency. Both of these deficiencies should be corrected together in those who wish to cure Premature Ovarian Insufficiency or Premature Menopause symptoms.

It’s also important that patients are aware of the fact that certain pharmaceuticals also contain organophosphates. Cancer medications / chemotherapy often contain these dangerous insecticides, but osteoporosis medications known as bisphosphonates, which are targeted at post-menopausal women to supposedly prevent osteoporosis cause a buildup or bioaccumulation of organophosphates in the bone tissues. Indeed, bioaccumulation of organophosphates through any kind of exposure to these toxins tends to disproportionately affect the bone tissues, bone marrow, and blood cells. Bisphosphonate osteoporosis medications for menopausal women often cause women to develop dementia and they also cause women to experience a specific type of bone fracture due to a weakening of bone tissues. Bisphosphonates do not make bone tissues stronger in menopausal women who take these drugs. Rather, they make the bones appear to be more dense on an x-ray or MRI. In reality, though, because the healthy inorganic phosphates in the bone tissues are being replaced with organophosphates, the bones are weaker and more prone to fracture despite their appearance on x-ray or MRI.

Read more about the dangers of bisphosphonate medications here.

The health-promoting effects of vitamin K2 on the ovaries specifically is perhaps most profoundly demonstrated in studies showing that vitamin K2 is a cure for ovarian cancer. Taking vitamin K2 causes cancer cells to die in the ovaries and in the reproductive system overall. This makes sense given the fact that iodine is the go-to antidote for most reproductive organ problems and vitamin K2 promotes the absorption of iodine from food and from iodine supplements like Lugol’s. According to the research, vitamin K2 causes ovarian cells to release natural superoxide anions, the same type of reactive oxygen species that’s released by Chlorine Dioxide Solution to kill viruses, bacteria, fungi, and protozoa that might be infecting reproductive organs that have been weakened by a lack of sufficient levels of iodine.

Note that chlorine is also a member of the halogen family of elements along with iodine, bromine, and fluorine. While both bromine and fluorine are toxic to the body, iodine is essential as a nutrient. And chlorine, in its molecular form as chloride, is one of the most prolific electrolytes in the body. As such, chlorine and iodine are both required for human health while bromine and fluorine should both be avoided.

Chlorine Dioxide Solution is used by many people today to get rid of infections that have taken hold in the body to cause problems like infertility due to POF, autoimmune disease, and even cancer. Chlorine Dioxide Solution releases the superoxide anion that’s highly reactive against pathogens. It should be taken in tandem with iodine therapy and vitamin K2 supplementation.

Dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) can be used by women with Premature Ovarian Failure to enhance the effects of Chlorine Dioxide Solution. This is an FDA-approved, non-toxic medication that requires just a bit of study to fully understand. Download our book bundle that includes Layperson’s Guide to Chlorine Dioxide Solution and Complementary Therapies for use with Chlorine Dioxide Solution to learn how to use these medications properly to kill pathogens that might be causing Premature Ovarian Failure.

Premature Ovarian Failure and Endometriosis / Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)

Premature Ovarian Failure and Endometriosis, as well as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) all have a common cause: iodine deficiency. Correcting the iodine deficiency first requires that women detoxify their bodies from bromine / bromide and fluorine. When women first begin taking iodine to correct their iodine deficiency, they may develop a rash (known as bromaderma, though doctors will diagnose the rash as an “iodine allergy”), mood swings, nightmares, and a range of bromine and fluorine detox symptoms. Read more about these bromine detoxification symptoms here. Post the symptoms on your refrigerator and remember that these symptoms usually only last a few weeks. Drinking water that contains trace minerals helps relieve the symptoms by binding bromine and fluorine to transport them out of the body. Once the symptoms end, most women experience a huge change in their general health and mental state. Many of them lose weight (or gain weight in those who have developed hyperthyroidism as a result of iodine deficiency) without dieting or exercise. Bee Venom Therapy for Premature Ovarian Failure

Note that some women with Premature Menopause or Premature Ovarian Failure may need to seek out bee venom therapy (also known as apitherapy) to reset the autonomic nervous system after being in a state of nutrient deficiency and ill-health for a long period of time. Read more about apitherapy / bee venom therapy as a natural treatment for premature ovarian failure here.

How to Cure Premature Ovarian Failure Naturally: Protocol for Healing

Lugol’s Iodine 2% can be administered as drops in drinking water. It can also be administered by putting drops of it on the skin. Those with reproductive organ dysfunction of any kind can administer Lugol’s iodine 2% directly to the genital tissues. Women can also administer Lugol’s iodine 2% with water as a douche.

How to Administer Iodine as a Cure for Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

When you first start doing iodine therapy as a cure for premature ovarian failure, administer iodine as a douche. Also do castor oil packs with DMSO. This will allow the reproductive organs to have direct access and first dibs on iodine and the trace minerals found in castor oil that directly promote iodine absorption. Follow the protocol that we outline in this article for administering iodine as a douche with castor oil and DMSO

Start the process of correcting an iodine deficiency by administering 1 drop of Lugol’s iodine 2% (2.4 mg) daily. After 2 to 3 days, increase the dose by 1 drop. Continue this process of increasing the dose by 1 drop every 2 to 3 days as long as you are not experiencing a lot of discomfort due to bromine / fluorine detoxification. Increase your dose up to 50 mg. This is the standard dose that most women use to reverse Premature Menopause and Premature Ovarian Failure but some women may need to double this dose up to 100 mg.

When you first start taking iodine, administer the iodine using a douche. Later, after you begin to see the progress of your efforts, you can begin taking it just as drops in drinking water or you can administer it directly to your wrist.

How to Administer Vitamin K2 as a Cure for Premature Ovarian Failure

  1. If you take a multivitamin, check the list of nutrients to make sure that it does not contain vitamin D2 or vitamin D3. If it does, stop taking it. Opt instead to take Moringa, an herb that contains an array of vital nutrients.

  1. If you take vitamin D2 or vitamin D3, stop taking this supplement now.

  1. Stop using sunscreen so that your skin can start manufacturing natural vitamin D. Sunscreen and cosmetics also contain a lot of endocrine disruptors like parabens and phthalates. Avoid sunscreen and cosmetics and personal care products that contain these ingredients. Make a point of getting at least 15-30 minutes of sunlight exposure daily.

  1. Take vitamin K2 at a dose of 200-300 mcg daily. Choose a product that contains Menaquinone-7 / MK-7. The MK-4 version of vitamin K2 is synthetic and not as effective or as easily absorbed as the MK-7 form. If you have high cholesterol, poor dental health, leukemia, lymphoma, or weak bone tissues, expect for these conditions to improve within 6 months as long as you are not taking bisphosphonate drugs that would disrupt natural bone remodeling processes.

How to Administer the Supporting Nutrients for Iodine

If you have either hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, you should begin the process of correcting an iodine deficiency by taking the supportive nutrients below for at least 2 months prior to beginning to take iodine. If you do not have hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, you should begin by taking the supportive nutrients below for 2 weeks before beginning treatment with iodine. The supportive nutrients will help you remove toxins like from the body like bromine and fluorine in a gentle way to give you a head start on this process before jumping into the Big Detox that involves taking Lugol’s iodine 2%
